Hello everyone
Just looking for some clarification. We recently had a water damage in the bathroom from upstairs. The repair person who came to fix it left this machine here, which from Google looks like a dryer. They said the machine would be here for 2 weeks.
I am just looking for information:
1) It is placed right next to the bath tub, is it waterproof?
2) what not to do next to the machine? Do I need to do something?

This is a condensation dryer. It looks like water disposal is done via tube (the clear one) and the thicker black tube looks like there is air moved to a corner somewhere. you have nothing to look for. Make sure it’s power useage is recorded, so you can make the party at fault pay for it.
These things can be very energy intensive.
