The #nazcalines – vast pictures of shapes, animals and figures etched into the soil of Peru’s Nazca Desert more than 2,000 years ago – have long fascinated and perplexed researchers. Now, thanks to a Japanese study that used #AI to examine a vast number of aerial images, some 303 new geoglyphs have been discovered.
