The beef is filled the traditional way … mustard, bacon and pickeled cucumber. A traditional side would be cooked red cabbage and either potatos or potato dumplings. I wanted to do brussel sprouts and potatos, but the sprouts were tasting way off. So it was fried potatos with it.
