2. I'm 100% sure his victory plan was to use long range weapons. That's it nothing else. He was hoping to inflict enough damage to Russia by using those missiles, so they end up surrendering. That's why Americans called his plans "Highly Ambitious". But he doesn't understand even if it were to push Russia to that stage, they will simply launch nuclear strike.
