The eurospar near me just sort of makes up the prices depending on how they feel that day. You dare not argue with the fry woman though, not if you value your teeth.
Just got the 12 deals of Christmas flyer from SPAR.
Wish they’d use some of that money price gouging to buy a semi decent marketing team.

I remember getting five pieces and a cup of tea for a pound in a cafe in Spires. Granted I was a child and it was about 30 years ago!

Mind the wee shop in magherlin used to do 5 piece for 1.99 and if you got 2 it was some feed.

Was hot food not always meant to be quick and cheap? Now it’s almost cafe prices for bulk cooked (often poor quality) greasy food. These shops need to catch a grip.
