This is what happened with the Iraq War at one point. After the collapse of 2008 the money being made off the military industry and loans, investments and rebuilding throughout Iraq was just US economy fuel.
There’s not such a definition as recession with that high oil prices. USSR was okay for 70 years living without any market economy.
So… Peace is not an option for Putin.
The more Putin spends the more opportunities there are for him to skim from the top.
