  1. **From The Telegraph:**

Volodymyr Zelensky has a plan to convince Joe Biden that permission to launch British Storm Shadow missiles at Russia can turn the tide of the war.

The US president could loosen restrictions on the long-range missile, but only if Ukraine presents a “coherent strategy” on how the weapon would be used, The Telegraph understands.

Mr Zelensky laid out details of his so-called “Victory Plan” to end the war in meetings with American leaders in Washington and New York this week.

Ukrainian defence sources said the strategy centres around being granted permission to use Western missiles to dismantle Russian logistical routes used to supply its forces in Ukraine.

Kyiv believes cutting supplies of weapons, ammunition, fuel and food from Russia will make Moscow’s positions along the front lines unsustainable.

Ukraine would then attempt to use 14 new brigades, armed and trained by Nato countries, to mount ground offensives in an attempt to regain the initiative on the battlefield.

“If we can disrupt the logistical chain inside Russia, that will paralyse the Russian army on the front line,” a Ukrainian source said.

“It won’t be able to move its vehicles, people can’t be without food and they can’t use ammunition on the front line… we just don’t have enough instruments to carry out this activity.

“The next stage is to secure all that is needed for new Ukrainian brigades… It’s really important to get parity with Russia.”

Ukrainian military officials have produced a detailed map of every military target inside Russia which is within the 190-mile range of the British-made Storm Shadow and American-supplied Atacms.

  2. That’s crazy, these are european missiles, Biden’s opinion shouldn’t matter. They waited too long to authorize it, as always. Allies shouldn’t even need to authorize it, once we give missiles we shouldn’t care about how they’ll be used as long as it’s within international law. It’s worse to say “yes / no, you can/’t hit russia”, than to say “here are the missiles, use it legally, we’re not responsible”.

At least it also shows how ridiculous russian claims are, these missiles already hit what they claim as their territory (Crimea, Donbass etc.) many times and nothing happened, and then they make threats when it could hit their real territory, because they know themselves what’s really their territory and what’s not.

  3. Biden and his WH company have been changing USA to SHAMERICA.

The state that presents itself as the world’s policeman, fighting tyrants and destroyers of freedom and democracy, now looks like a scared schoolboy afraid to pull out his fist and show resolve against a big idiot with big muscles and a small stupid head.

What good are defence agreements with an ally like the US today?

Europe needs to become completely independent on defence doctrine and rely only on itself

  4. Why would he have to convince an American president to allow him to use a British-Franco missile system that does not exist in the US inventory and he literally has no say in any aspect of….

Not trying to be a dick, that comes naturally, I truly want to understand why anyone feels the need for an Americans approval to fire a British weapon.

    Add on…

High end components absolutely makes sense. Thank you all for the clarification.

  5. Whilst these conversations about the use of western weapons to strike inside Russia goes on, the question has to be asked:

How can we assist Ukraine in it’s local development of weapons such that they are firing their own weapons and circumventing this ‘issue’?

  6. Politics should have nothing to do with. Russia is an aggressive country. The West should take their heads out of there arses and stop this shameful war. End Russia now and stop further aggression. Let ukraine use everything to push the orces out

  7. Imagine you have a plan to finish the war
Stop civilians to die and live in the fear every days
    Saving soldiers life
    Money ect …

And one guy ( many actually ) said : no it’s gonna escalated the conflict …. WTF ???? Just tell you are not ready to let go the golden goose at who you can sell your old shits just for permit them to keep up in this war and put the Russia in shitland for future … without losing one Americans soldiers …

  8. I get the feeling the Biden administration isn’t going to agree until they secure the White House for 4 more years. If Harris wins the nomination, I guarantee they give the go ahead within weeks

  9. I guess there’s no such thing as secret plans anymore when its published along with maps in the newspaper. All that’s missing is Zelenskyy’s location

  10. How does it get to be that Biden gets to direct this war and the contributions from other countries. They are not qualified to direct any war, if past results and current 3 years of handling this war- is anything to go by.

  11. America couldn’t let Ukraine defeat Russia- that would cause and end to its nuclear fear industry and reveal how cowardly they have milked the hatred of others to stop the world dis-arming for world peace. The U.S needs to keep generating enemies and hate, it keeps the money rolling in.

  12. How can you convince a senile, farty old man without any military education whatsoever, raised and spoiled in a rich family, about the decisions that needs to be taken in a war?
That’s available for most politicians, sadly.

  13. Last time Ukraine shared counteroffensive plan it was on the table in Moscow next day. And U.S is again asking for a plan to be shared with them.

  14. Meanwhile Israel is free to use American weapons to bomb apartment complexes in another country.

  15. I commend Zelensky’s continuing effort and all his hard work for his country. Such an unlikely leader turned a father of a nation, but surely he must’ve realised the implacable momentum of a US election year.

I think this will be a sort of watershed moment for the Euro countries. The post-WW2 order is more or less gone by now. Europe must be able to protect itself because even if there’s not a Trump-president in the White House, there will likely be a isolationist section of US politics that will make them unreliable as a European security guarantor.

While I think this will be good at deterring Russia, who I truly believe will never be a normal country, it will necessarily lead to more nuclear proliferation. European states have the money and technical ability to build up their own nuclear arsenals independent of the US and they will have to do so in order to become dangerous to an imperialistic barbaric state like Russia.

  16. Biden is NOT making the decisions at this point so lets not full ourselves. I want to know who is running the US at this point and holding back Ukraine from pushing the orcs back across the border.

  17. Why announce the whole plan out loud? Why not just do this behind closed doors and keep it quiet and then proceed with letting Ukraine hit Russia?
