  1. The Tories, clearly failing to learn that running on Culture war issues alone gets you nowhere.

Last time they were defeated it took them two election cycles to learn their lessons; Bad Enoch at the helm would certainly equal that, if not more.

  2. You don’t say.

A sovereign country should have total control over who comes there and choose whatever criteria for the wannabe immigrants.

  3. I would say its true? nationality, race, gender etc doesnt really say much about you, culture deffinetly does. If someone is part of a culture that supports lets say murder, rape, etc they are wrong, their culture is objectively worse. You can easily change your culture if its bad, you would be a bad person if you dont.

Its also worth noting that some people will try to attribute awful things made by individuals to certain cultures when its total bullshit.

  4. Rules for thee, but not for me. She has Nigerian origins. I’m not sure about the UK, but in Italy, Nigerians wouldn’t be among the most liked immigrant nationalities. Nigerian ‘roadmen’ are known for being some of the most ferocious. They are involved in small gangs and mafias (likely allowed by Italian mafias to handle the dirty work). They engage in drug dealing, murders, assassinations, and manage prostitution (often victimizing fellow black women). They are mainly Christians (at least those we have here though I know that in their country they are 50/50), so religion doesn’t play a role in this case. On the contrary, other black nationalities that are predominantly Muslim, like the Senegalese, tend to be less ‘problematic.’ Obviously, I am generalizing. Not all Nigerians are bad, just as not all Senegalese are good. This reinforces the idea that individual behavior matters more than nationality (although certain countries may be overrepresented in specific statistics) or maybe culture and religion don’t necessarily overlap in everything as many think

  5. Ironic that Brexit caused a decline in immigration from the EU, which had Britain had to make up for by greater immigration from poor countries around the world. If “culture” and “common values” are important then why did these guys denigrate European immigrants for electoral advantage 🤨

  6. She is right. Certain cultural practices need to be eradicated. At the very least eradicated from Europe.

  7. What a Lizz Truss level of big brain comment. Poke at it for a second or two and it falls apart and turns back into plain old racism and chauvinism. But its a Tory, Brits should not expect much more from that lot.

  8. Kemi Badenoch, sounds like a typical Briton name, just saying

Descendants of immigrant complaining about immigration never fails to crack me up, particularly in Britain. Subjugated nearly the entire world against their will, now they are crying

  9. When you consider there are cultures that treat women as property, kill everyone different in horrific ways (throw gays from roofs, stone minorities, behadings of non-believers), she is obviously right.

For a tolerant society to exist, there must be complete intolerance of intolerance.

  10. Party that controlled uk migration rules for 14 years and 6 years post Brexit complains about cultures of those migrating to the uk on the rules they wrote.

  11. If only she pointed this out before while her party was facilitating the biggest rise in non-EU immigration in history
