A shame it wasn’t a catastrophic collapse but judging by the video of the damage I think the bridge isn’t usable for the moment.
Should be this bridge: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/47278980 because the only other railway bridge is over the Big Kinel river. Forget about the railings. These have probably been torn down by the footbridge part. But the box girder seems to be bulged. Looks like a real damage. There is no damage to the rails, but even with the recently collapsed bridge in Dresden they were still okay, just hanging in the air. . The bridge belongs to a branch line bypassing Samara city in the south. There are flying junctions to the main line but it looks like some places are now reachable only by changing the direction of the train. On the branch line there are some military objects including the huge Volga State Ammunition Proving Ground in Chapayevsk. Maybe there is an ammunition storage, that is now harder to reach.
I wouldn’t trust any heavy transport across that thing now, especially tanks etc, but then again russia will probably do it.
I’ve been wondering if this wouldn’t be an extremely powerful tactic but my guess I underestimate how hard it is to hit targets like railway bridges and tunnels
