What would cause a crater the size of the one in the top left.

It’s huge compared to others. Out side Mariupol Ukraine.

It’s standing water. Too wet for vegetation. Not sure what the object is.
The landing of a baby from Krypton
Doesn’t look like a crater to me. Note how the plowed land continues right on under the discoloration.
I speculate it was destruction of of a fuel laden vehicle, the remains of the vehicle at its center, and extending from it three annular areas: local grass blown away by the initial blast (bare soil), grass charred by fire, and grass killed by heat, but not burnt. Or perhaps there was some pigmented nonflammable compound on board responsible for the pink color nearest the vehicle wreck.
