Netanyahu would be in jail if it was a time of peace on corruption charges, when you have a leader who will only stay in power with war you get more war

It is smart to start out limited and go from there. Hezbollah isn’t Hamas. They are more dangerous due to the experience they gained fighting in Syria’s civil war.
Israel is going to have a terrible wake up call. They won’t get away with attempting to occupy Lebanon, let’s just hope that Netenyahu will face justice for the Lebanese civilians they will inevitably massacre…
Recent history is full of “limited operations” becoming devastating quagmires causing suffering to both the invaded and the invader. I’m sure this time they’ll 100% get rid of terrorism forever though
This is such a stupid move. I hope the US stays out of this quagmire. I think the IDF forgot about the last couple times they went into Lebanon. I don’t see how this one will magically go better.
What’s the goal anyways? Eliminate Hezbollah? Eliminating Hamas in Gaza was going so well we wanted to open up another front? Bold move.
Meanwhile wartime is taking its toll on the Israeli economy and international support for the zionist cause is dwindling…
