2. There is only one possible condition to Ukraine victory – reliable security guarantees from tens of millions of Russians who hate Ukrainians just as the Nazis Germans hated Jews.

   Which, as shown 2008-2024 years, exist exclusively in two forms: as NATO’s nuclear shield or as Ukrainian own WMD.

3. Ukraine will never be able to achieve victory without substantially increased foreign arms supplies. Unfortunately, that is just not going to happen. Even in the best case scenario that Kamala wins the election, US aid will remain at current levels.

   Aid from big European countries is in decline. Germany cut their aid budget and France has pulled back after their difficult election.

   I’m not saying Ukraine will lose, but they won’t be able to restore 1991 borders with the status quo.

4. Take Russian Siezed Assets… Take Putins assets identified in the Panama papers… Take any other obvious Russian Shell Company assets “in the islands”

   Ask Russia how much it’d cost for Ukraine to buy back the lost Territory.

   Ask Ukraine how much to rebuild

   Take all seized assets to pay Ukraine to Rebuild.

   Determine the remaining how much Russia will pay Ukraine for lost Territory and take that from remaining seized assets.

   Collect an export Tariff on Russia for the next 99 years. If Russia doesn’t go to war with Ukraine for 99 years they keep those Tariffs
