Funny…a few months ago, I remember people saying the rise in the European far right is just using immigration as a wedge issue, in order to gain power and bring about the same kind of economic and political corruption we saw when Donald Trump used immigration as a wedge issue here in the US.
Those people, myself included, were accused of being “brainwashed liberals who just want open borders”.
So…funny how history repeats itself. Didn’t expect it to be so copy and paste though…
