Poland and Romania could easily, and justifiably, fire at anything over Western Ukraine since those missiles and drones could easily cross their own borders (and already have)…. nothing to do with NATO.
If Ukraine doesn’t have a problem with this then no one else should.
Why even have this discussion? Just start shooting stuff down and blame it on faulty equipment.
“We tried to attack a hospital in Kyiv and those Polish blyats shot down our missiles!” is something I would love to hear them complain about in the UN.
Better to ask for forgiveness than permission… and Russia has no authority about what happens in Ukraines airspace.
If the US is willing to shoot down missiles over Isreal, it should be willing to do the same over ukraine.
