Edit: Ignore "current" in the question; What is the most relatable song about British culture?
Personally, as a 30yo mine is "Bossman – Louis Dunford".
Recommend giving it a listen:

Everything about it is something I've seen/experienced. The bloke in the toilet dishing out aftershave, the cabbie, the guy running the off-licence. It is slightly depressing but so good.
What's yours?

Disco 2000 by Pulp for me, but I’m too old to know if it’s still relevant for the younglings.

It’s not exactly a song, but it’s set to music and everyone should listen to Capstick Comes Home at least once.

Forget current. They don’t know they’re born today.
Does park life count or is it too old?
Probably the eponymous Mr Blobby by Mr Blobby. He was a prophet and all his visions came true.
For me, at this current point in time, I would choose “2 Minutes to Midnight” by Iron Maiden.
I think ‘Profit in Peace’ by OCS. Sums up today quite well and indeed the wider global culture currently.
“We’ll live and die in these towns” – The Enemy
Nothing even remotely comes as close to capturing the depression and unspoken desperation of the country in recent years
Twenty six years old now, but Ian Dury’s [London Talking](https://youtu.be/jrIfyeCgzFw) is just as relevant, if not more so, today as when written, despite some of the outdated references (eg tv rental)
The Kinks – A Well Respected Man.
We’re still putting on a front, aren’t we?
Ren – Bittersweet Symphony is the winner, 100% hands down.

Edit: Just watched some of Luis Dunfords music vids – his stuff is pretty good too

Vindaloo – Fat Les
Seventeen Going Under by Sam Fender has lyrics in it that match anything Weller or Morrissey wrote about growing up in this country
