  1. so good like restaurant quality, and fresh

    sea bass, bream or red snapper
    slice the skin so that allows flavours to penetrate

    add slices ginger and spring onion to inside and on top of the fish
    after steamed discard the big slices of ginger and spring onion

    julien ginger and spring onion on top of the fish (optional red chilli)
    some sesame oil

    in a different pan add vegetable oil 2 tablespoon (could also fry some garlic for extra flavours)
    then poor over fish

    for the sauce
    2 tablespoon soy sauce
    2 tablespoon water
    1/2 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon cooking wine, or sherry

    then pour around the fish

  2. I do love how simple fish is to make a tasty meal out of, esp in season fish. Shame theyre full of microplastics like everything else we eat & breathe.
