  1. Such a talented footballer he is. I understand why he left City but him goingvto AM was a fact I could never get over. I mean look at City – gorgeous creative football. Then look at AM (now they are much better) a bunch of players who look like they belong in a mma octagon than on a football pitch. Just hacking and pushing and committing fouls and what not backed by AM fans who are racist and rowdy as hell. How he thought he could be happy there after playing for City and Pep is beyond me.

  2. Alvarez spat his dummy out. Wanted to be the main character. Don’t like being in Haaland’s shadow. I get it, Alvarez has won more trophies in terms of his international career. Copa America and the World Cup. Fine. Haaland is a better goalscorer in the PL and was winning more praise. Alvarez didn’t like that. Problem for him was, pep doesn’t like players thinking they are the main attraction. Haaland gets that philosophy. Alvarez doesn’t. Hence why he’s now in Madrid being all miserable. Don’t want him back. Pep definitely doesn’t either
