Many airports have luggage scales, otherwise use a normal body weight scale.
I guess you are trying to weigh your bag? Some pharmacies have scales you can use for free. Usually to check your own weight, but they’ll probably let you use it. You could try calling some tomorrow morning.
I bought one at Action. It’s not as fancy (just black plastic), but works just fine.
Action discount stores have them for 2,79
Just weigh yourself with and without your luggage in hand on a normal scale.
If you don’t know where else to go, try your friendly home improvement store. They don’t sell scales specifically for suitcases, but they sell inexpensive scales that will do the trick anyway:

Do you have a normal scale at home? Before we had this item by boyfriend would step on the scale with and without the suitcase to calculate the difference and it always worked 😂
