But I can’t quite make up my mind if it’s better for Ukraine and the wider world to have more blootered Russians, or more Russians who are pissed off about being forced into sobriety. Since keeping the Russian population drunk is a time-honoured policy of those who rule Russia, I suppose blowing up distilleries *might* result in Russians finally getting pissed off at Putin’s inability to defend crucial bits of Russian infrastructure.
