  1. We will not change willingly. we’ll do the right thing only after every other option to continue is extinguished.

  2. True, but not necessarily in a sensible way. MTG is already blaming Democrats for the weather, and not fossil fuels.

  3. Ain’t it like humanity to wait until we’re on the edge of a precipice and leaning forward into the abyss that we finally decide to act appropriately.

  4. Right wing dipshits are already blaming the government for ‘controlling the weather’. At this point you either you believe in climate change or you don’t.

  5. I don’t think it’s going to have any direct impact, but after this week’s theatrics regarding all the nonsense allegations against FEMA and the Biden administration, we may actually see a change in the voting pattern. Even Texas is beginning to wake up on this.

  6. lol. and trump will admit he’s a pathological liar. and lobbyists will admit to destroying the country. going to be one hell of a week!

  7. Only if “mainstream” democrats finally see the light and get feisty…. as in the Day-After-Pearl-Harbor feisty, going after Big Oil/Gas/Coal and going after Fox News and other climate denying media and going after climate-deniers in congress and ………….. *none of that will matter if they don’t tear up their OWN policies that continue to support fossil fuels.* But VP Harris’ “play it safe” abscence from the no-rules bloody and blackened-eye fistfight that is the 2024 campaign suggests we’re going to get another round of President Trump, simply because too many good people did nothing to oppose it…. and too many weak people will vote for the appearance of strength.
