Mmh that looks incredible yummy, just right for an autumn Dinner
I made jota yesterday, too, but mine looks very different. Never heard of broccoli in jota and spring onions (or whatever that green topping is) is also something that I would never use in that dish.
But great to see some variety. Maybe care to share your version’s recipe?
