I love the Autumn and I associate it to certain desserts and cozy casseroles. So, tried with these and im so happy they turned out delicious.

I‘d say the first try was a great success from the looks of it! I‘ve never had stuffed peppers served as casserole before, maybe I‘d like it better that way 😅
