It seems like some kind of gnat. From the legs I suspect it’s a fungus gnat. The good news is that they are harmless, but they can get extremely annoying.
They appear a lot in high humidity, and they typically feed on fungi (e.g. mold) and rotten plants. I suggest you inspect your plants for any signs of rotting, especially pot plants.
