28. No surprise there. The Ruskies are known to do this since WWII. They care not for their own or their property. They have a different mentality to the rest of the world (for some reason), possibly caused by the propaganda they are subject to from early childhood.
    Those villages do not have defensible property. It is wooden and tin roof. Ukraine should not be using any of these places for defence IMHO.

    The Russian civilian want to leave Russia and live in Ukraine, reasons given was Ukrainen military look after the elderly with basics food and meds, they say that the governor of Kursk is Usless, they have had more basic help also shown TV and learnt the truth about who started the war, seen for them selfs everything told to them was lies. Now thay are frightened of the Russian government, the citizens know which way the bombs are coming.
    Now they want to live in Ukraine.

The people there in Kursk have asked the Ukrainian soldiers if it would be possible for them to move to Ukraine. 40. Its scorched earth policy, however while it was practical in ww1 and earlier, its actually worthless today. That is because modern armies are equipped to sustain themselves without foraging. On top of that, civilians hinder advances because an invading army has to take account for everyone now under their control but slaughtering everything takes away the burden, which may have contributed to german advances in ww2. Putin is hurting himself twice in one fell swoop.
