British bake off is the best beat American football anyday.
I’m not a Bake Off fan but it’s tightly edited so there’s always something happening except when there’s a dramatic pause to reveal the results. American football is so stop-start, it’s hard to get invested.
That show gets more viewers there than here though. And they made their own version.
American football is more entertaining when you stop thinking of it as slow start-n-stop rugby and start thinking of it as physical chess.
Cricket. They could literally have just said cricket.
To be fair people arent paying thousands of pounds a season to sit close to their bakers oven.
Isn’t Bake Off also WILDLY popular in the US, where for legal reasons it’s called the Great British Baking Show because of capitalism.
