So Putin has resorted to this. Maybe NATO will now fully commit? Democracy in the Ukraine is on the line. Putler is getting desperate. We must act.

North Korea sending troops to fight in Ukraine cries for obvious counter-measures. ? South Korea sending civil / energy reconstruction to Ukraine. Possibly arms?
This is not triggering WW3. North Korea was already part of the Axis of Evil.
Intriguing thought. Will North Korea troops exposed to ordinary village life in Ukraine eventually return home with higher expectations?
It’s time the western powers started to draw a few red lines of their own.. this would be a very valid one… if these troops arrive then Ukraine will be allowed to use western weapons in Russia.
