This morning the housing maintenance came to change the name to my door, bit unfortunately did a mistake inverting two letters.
I don't wanna call the poor maintenance guy to let him come all the way here again, so I would like to edit it myself if it's possible.
I'm trying to do what it says there but the flap would move towards the outside, only to inside.
I noticed that there are two screw on the side on the outside and two main screw inside that will completely remove the mailbox.
Please help me.

That poor maintenance guy charges per hour and will be so happy to come again.
Changing those things are not your job.
It is the responsibility of the house management / janitor. You need to ask them – after all, that’s part of the building maintenance payments.
Should you still prefer to DIY…
1. Open both of the little screws on the sides.
2. Then you can pull the flap forward, leaving the small metal sides behind.
3. Slide the covering glass/plastic from the side of the flap.
4. Remove the rubber letter holder and add name.
5. Do the above in reverse order.
Jist call them again, they wont mind. I guess my normal english last name stumped them, had 2 of them trying to spell it for an hour.
Funnily enough our maintenance man came along yesterday to change the names and made an utter pigs ear of it. I have never seen such a bad job.
It was immensely less hassle for me to pop out the screws and rearrange the letters myself.
