I believe the Biden administration has been buying time until the global conflicts escalate to a point where America will have to militarily intervene, which will surge weapons manufacturing and thus save the economy.
I feel if Trump wins, measures will be taken to ensure a massive mess falls in his lap, and that collapse will be billed as Trumps economic policies coming home to roost.
