Umm 2 year consultation. Allready watered down loads. Expect by the time this comes in rights will be about the same they are now. Just worded differently
Make no mistake – this is the Government simultaneously creating a headline about a policy whilst kicking it into the long grass.
This is already much watered down from their pre-election commitments, and with a two year consultation it’s not unreasonable to expect it’ll be watered down even more.
Disappointing.
it is stupid. Parental leave should be paid by the government not by private companies. Now the government needs coop to take that responsibilities. Which means other employees take care of other them.
