Belgium is one of the highest?? Hmm, you don’t often associate the country with life satisfaction :p
Latvian bros suffer.
Not suprised about Germany. While the standard of living is still high and higher than Eastern Europe, the future looks bleak af. It will only get worse and worse.
I myself am looking towards east and west for new opportunities.
Is life in Bulgaria really this bleak?
Listening to everyone around me complain about everything all the time I’m surprised we got as high as 5.9.
Hungary at 7.2!? I genuinely don’t remember hearing a positive note regarding any territories of the daily life there (for very understandable & clear reasons)
As a Finn i find this… satisfactory
The Finnish satisfaction must be surely some kind of advanced stoicism; here’s a picture of 4 satisfied Finns from the last movie I saw: https://imgur.com/a/5V3Conp
Excuse me as a Pollack I believe the survey was conducted in a bar at 3 at night
If you want to see how Europe compares with the rest of the world, here is something from 2023:
Polska can into satisfaction! Finally! But is it safe though?..
Irish folks, is life better with a stout?
In Slovakia we’ll go to 3.5 this year for sure with this government 😅
r/Europe is a collection of astonishingly terrible maps.
The scale of possible responses here is 0-10.
Without the outlier of Bulgaria, all results lie between 6.9 and 7.8. So not even one point.
The result of this survey would be that on national average, Europeans are pretty satisfied.
Use bins 0.2 points wide and a terrible disproportionate colour scale going from blue to yellow, the map makes it look like differences are huge.
gtfo
Co jest kurwa.
This map proves the difference between Germans and Austrians.
If the situation is bad, Germans say it’s serious but not hopeless.
Austrians on the other hand say that it’s hopeless but not serious. Embrace the chaos and live a happy live.
Damn polish motherland 7.6 i wonder how it grew in last 10 years wouldve been probably like 6. Also how germany is so low i get spain or italy or france being lower than us. But how germany is even lower than those 3, S tier spawnpoint.
Look at poles WHO live to complain
Finns beating the miserable Dutchies yet again! FINLANDIA GUROM!
Dammit, Finland.
The Netherlands being beaten by not only Finland but even *Belgium* must hurt…
