UK’s fertility rate falling faster than any other G7 nation – with austerity thought to be ‘principal factor’

   So why hasn’t the government been encouraging people to have children, and create policies to ensure workplaces are setup to support those who want to cont. working whilst raising their children (flexible working / workplace childcare / affordable childcare etc).
