Young men’s economic prospects are shifting, along with their politics. Young men, once seen as a solidly Democratic group less than two decades ago, have been shifting further to the right politically as their economic outlook has been on a downward trajectory.

1. The article does correctly point to the fact that the Democrats have betrayed this generation. But it goes on to suggest that Trump is the solution. How can this farce be exposed?

2. Seems like there is a class split now. Democratic Party now appeals to the richer people and Republican Party now appeals to the working class.

3. Equality feels like oppression to these people and because of that they support policy that will push for the return to inequality. It’s that simple and the drop in higher education in the demographics only makes it more palpable for them. 

4. Democrats have done a terrible job supporting young men in the last 20 years. At one point, equality was the goal. Now young men are being told the best they can do is be an ally. Words like “patriarchy” and “toxic masculinity” have deeply negative impacts on young boys and men, even if the objective is still equality.

6. America and the rest of the world have their citizens being divided between two genders at birth – male and female. This gender divide will drive fertility rates down, to the point where some countries like South Korea will become “demographically extinct” within few centuries from now due to extreme gender divide.

7. It’s actually so dumb to shift to the right when left wing party (although tbh dems are centrists) are historically way better at running economy. This is the effect of capitalist alienation & isolation: fear which is easy for totalitarian ideologies to exploit

8. All men should move away from the Democrats immediately. They don’t care about any of you
