I have these ceiling wires and wanted to connect a lightbulb. Was wondering if someone could tell me which is live and which is neutral? Or do I need a voltage tester? Thanks

Brown is live.
And general warning that yes sadly it’s not legal to install a light yourself and officially you have to call an electrician to make that connection.
