An artwork thrown in the trash in a Dutch Museum • FRANCE 24 English

A Dutch museum has retrieved an artwork resembling two empty Jupiler beer cans after a staff member mistakenly threw it in the rubbish, thinling it was trash.

The piece, titled All The Good Times We Spent Together by French artist Alexandre Lavet, initially appears to be two crumpled beer cans. However, they are meticulously hand-painted and according to the museum it “required a lot of time and effort to create”.
