If the missile hits directly above the target can it maybe avoid the spread of cluster munitions?
If it was crewed then this was a total loss
Can’t imagine anyone walking away from that blast
There’s no noticeable difference in shadow position, the time from spotting to HIMARS arrival was almost zero. Finger on the trigger, just waiting for a coordinate.
