Any fellow ‘Vinegar Freaks’ out here? Sarson’s have definitely stepped up their game with this one. I keep drizzling it on a spoon and taking small licks

I’m in pure bliss right now

  1. I believe counselling is available on the NHS, it seems like you might be going through something rn

  2. I must say, I’m not a vinegar freak, but I love that you are. What kind of recipes do you drizzle it on?

  3. I love vinegar but I think you’re too high-level for me to give you any help. Thanks for the rec though lol

  4. I lived in China for quite a few years and so developed a taste for vinegar. You can add it to fried rice, fried noodles along with soy sauce and a bit of salt.

Add it to soup with Worcestershire sauce and a dash of tobasco.

A splash of vinegar and soy sauce is nice with vegetables. Like bok choy. Boil it for literally 2 minutes, add a splash of each, you’ll feel like Gordon Ramsey.

  5. While I can understand enjoying vinegar on things, this is a bit far for me lol OP, but you enjoy yourself and your vinegar 😉

  6. My friends ex husband used to put vinegar on everything, like everything. If he had pizza, he’d soak it in vinegar.

His teeth crumbled. Please enjoy in moderation.

  7. I am a vinegar freak too. I soak chive flowers from allotment in white vinegar. It turns a lovely pink. My dad is obsessed with it and carries a mini bottle around with him. Nothing beats Sarson’s though!

  8. Hello fellow vinegar-licker.

I wish, I left the UK a good while ago and can’t even get ordinary malt vinegar. But yeah, I have a weird attraction to anything very sour, very spicy etc. and will have a cheeky swig of vinegar on occasion.

  9. I also love this! I usually end up with a raw and painful tongue due to how much I get through the stuff so have to take a break in between.

But hear me out: this drizzled on citrus fruits. Omg, taste explosion. Then again, I’m also from a part of Asia where we enjoy salt, lemon/lime and chilli powder on fruit

  10. *craft brewed*, wonder how long sarsons have had that on their bottles , seeing as they’re over 200 years old

  11. Sarsons is owned by the Japanese nowadays they make a few different types of exotic vinegar.

  12. I’ll have to get a bottle. I was one of the people who got to taste test and review it before it was released and I loved it then. The garlic and vinegar combination is so good.

  13. Going off on a tangent slightly, but I have recently discovered how to make a balsamic reduction. It is ridiculously easy to do and once you learn how to gauge the right *level* of reduction – too much and it is like sludge, too little and it is like water – and what you can add to it, the results are amazing. I am not a natural salad eater (‘fat fucker’ is the technical term) but I ended up eating pretty much nothing but salad this summer so I could try out the various ones that I made; with added chili or pomegranate or beetroot or raspberry….so good!

  14. Met up with an ex a few years back and had a walk and a pub lunch, she literally soaked all her food in vinegar, soaking floppy chips and a pie with a puddle on top. Freaked me out

  15. When you’ve finished the gherkins you drink the jar, don’t you. Go on…admit it, it’s okay- were here for you ❤️
