Didn’t she put hundreds of people in jail for smoking weed, when she was a prosecutor?
Nobody should go to jail for doing any drug.
I already see all the bullshit “she jailed people as a prosecutor” gotchas. Tell me what is Donald trumps stance on marijuana legalization? What party is actively trying to kill legislation against legalization in multiple states? Someone doing their job as a prosecutor is different than having a platform they want to see enacted. Want to see change? Vote for it.
Damn anything to get those green party votes except end the genocide…

I’m not on either or side but she definitely has people to jail **including had child services take kids away** for weed violation when she was a DA in my state of CA.

As a Senator Harris endorsed and voted to Legalize Marijuana. This isn’t some recent flip flop or shift from previous policy positions.
Well past time for legal cannabis.
In Soviet Union, drug addicts and hippies could be sent to mental Institutions. And they were: far into the countryside called Siberia.
