Tiger Tiger London has (finally?) closed down, building to turn into hotel

The club/restaurant abruptly closed shop last week. It was operating at a loss for years but apparently planning permission for a luxury hotel conversion of the building came through. The new hotel will have a bar with dancefloor and restaurant and open in 2029.

Sad to see another part of London’s nightlife shut down, even if this was a shady at best venue.
