So this is the situation,in the resume about the transaction this was written, my question is (since here in my country no one could help me,because different country/different regulation) do i have to pay for those pledges or am i mistaking something? I got this translated since I don’t know much the Finnish language
Ask a bank or lawyer, not reddit. Even if this question was 1+1, with 6 digit sale in the mix, I would not answer 😀
The house you’re buying has been used as collateral up to that amount, and in order to do that they make these ”panttikirja”. In this case four. They are not being used at the moment as collateral, since it says that they are free. But you need to pay to have them transferred to you.
This is how it should be. It costs you around 100e to tranfer those to you. Or your bank if you are getting a loan for the house. Your bank will take care of the transfer procedure.
