  3. Ukraine should have negotiated last year win it’s hand was strong. Yea some land would have been loss but more life would have been saved. They would have had to appease the Russians but they are a world power so they are going to get something. They could have let peace play out and prepared themselves better in the peace. Part of the invasion was Ukraine’s inability to recognize threat.
