Does anyone in gen X or Z actually believe we will get a state pension
I’m, currently 44. I ain’t drawing down no state pension when it comes time… It will be gone or just the age moved again and again.
Raised to 71 and the average lifespan of a man has decreased by 4 years in the last decade. They are stealing from both ends of our lives. It’s ok as long as mega corporations are earning trillions though, so happy to sacrifice for them.
I plan to die in the resource wars, honestly. Only half joking.
Tbh I’d rather just keep my national insurance money and be on my own if I even make it to retirement age.
Does this apply to a cut off age?
At this point, just cancel it. 71!?! Literally alive just to work

What jobs can a 71 year old do ?
What’s stopping me from just becoming a woman and scamming my pension early ?
Realistically lets say you get made redundant at say 65 how many companies are actually going to give you another full time job.
