Local authorities in Ukraine have announced mandatory evacuation of civilians from Kupiansk city and its surroundings due to frequent bombing by the Russian army, which has resulted in civilian casualties. It can also be assumed that the Russian army’s offensive will not subside in this area in the coming weeks. – In the Bakhmut area, the Russian army’s offensive is not active, and the situation remains unchanged. Urban battles similar to previous days continue in and around Toretsk, with no major changes in the situation.
