Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is in Brussels for a series of meetings touting his victory plan to end Russia’s war. Earlier today, Volodomyr Zelenskyy attended an EU leaders’ summit, where he demanded more long-range missiles, and permission to use them against targets inside Russia, saying his plan would make “peace through threats.” Zelenskyy attempted to turn up the pressure, claiming to have intelligence that North Korea has already sent troops to join Russia’s war, and is preparing to deploy thousands more.

I think Russia is paying NK. To avoid recruitment Russia just pays Kim and it's a bargain rather than recruiting other nationalities which will cost around 3k usd monthly plus visa. Putin pays 3k usd to Kim and Kim will pay 10kg of rice and 10kg of fish and 10kg of vegetables to the family of his soldiers.
