1. Jerry Jones and His Ego are not compatible with being a Winner.

2. When you have a personal relationship with someone and now you have to really critique them, you get slightly softer.

   You can come separate the personal relationship versus saying what needs to be said.

   As said in the comments, Shannon nailed it. Why are we giving JJ a pass. This was what he wanted.

   But when people act like that and threaten jobs because he does not want the heat, that's weak. I did not like that one bit. And if those radio guys were to lose their jobs, that would be terrible and sets a terrible precedent.

   This is why people in certain circles get weak and don't want to ask the hard questions because they don't want the consequences. If JJ did his job and get out the way and get a real GM and they end up winning, does he understand the kind of credit he would receive for just stepping out the way
