2. If I was Israel, I would be so pissed-off at Biden! Something like this had to be approved at the highest levels. This is backstabbing, at the highest levels. America is with Israel all the way, unfortunately the Feds want to play games and try to "control" the situation. I fear this meddling will not accomplish what is expected of it and will only make things worse in the long run.
