Investing.com – Finland stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The best performers of the session on the were Cargotec Oyj (HE:), which rose 7.66% or 3.80 points to trade at 53.37 at the close. Meanwhile, Metsa Board Oyj B (HE:) added 2.09% or 0.12 points to end at 5.86 and Konecranes ABP (HE:) was up 1.14% or 0.75 points to 66.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Nokian Renkaat Oyj (HE:), which fell 2.75% or 0.24 points to trade at 8.34 at the close. Kemira Oyj (HE:) declined 2.60% or 0.56 points to end at 21.00 and Qt Group Oyj (HE:) was down 1.66% or 1.45 points to 86.15.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Helsinki Stock Exchange by 107 to 56 and 26 ended unchanged.
Brent oil for December delivery was down 1.41% or 1.07 to $74.97 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Crude oil for delivery in December fell 1.46% or 1.05 to hit $70.69 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.89% or 24.55 to trade at $2,735.25 a troy ounce.
EUR/USD was unchanged 0.17% to 1.08, while EUR/GBP unchanged 0.13% to 0.83.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 104.28.
