OOSTENDE – TUI Belgium has launched a major recruitment campaign to hire over 300 new employees for various roles within the organization. The company is looking to fill positions for flight attendants, holiday destination representatives, aviation technicians, and travel agents.
TUI fly Belgium, the airline branch of the company, currently has 200 job openings, including 144 for cabin crew at Zaventem. In addition to experienced staff, there are also 72 spots available for students to support teams during holiday periods. New employees will receive extensive theoretical and practical training for five to six weeks, during which they will be paid from day one.

The seasonal nature of the work offers flexibility and the opportunity to gain experience in an international setting.
TUI’s Engineering and Maintenance department also has vacancies for aviation technicians and engineers. These specialists play a crucial role in maintaining one of Europe’s most modern aircraft fleets. TUI emphasizes that the sector is growing and welcomes new talent.
Lastly, the travel company is looking for thirteen travel agents for its TUI shops in Belgium. New employees will receive internal training and be offered permanent contracts.
With this large-scale recruitment effort, TUI aims to meet the growing demand for staff and talent in the tourism sector, which is currently in a recovery phase following the COVID-19 crisis.
