  1. Erm… just to point out that NASA kinda needs SpaceX right now.

As much of a treasonous piece of shit Leon Rusk is, NASA have worked their way into a very tricky corner in terms of access to space.

  2. Sounds like trump needs to get 100 scientists to petition the government to say elons laptop/conversations were Russian disinformation lol

  3. As of September 17, 2024 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes $633,009 in civil penalties against Space Exploration Technologies Corp (SpaceX) for allegedly failing to follow its license requirements during two launches in 2023, in accordance with statutorily-set civil penalty guidelines. SpaceX has 30 days to respond to the FAA after receiving the agency’s enforcement letters.

SpaceX is deepening its relationship with the U.S. intelligence and military agencies. In 2021, the company entered into a $1.8 billion classified contract with the U.S. government.

So Yes, the government can regulate and oversee SpaceX through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). If they see Elon’s actions as a threat to NASA or DOD, SpaceX could be taken over by NASA.
