At least some of them are trying. Granted, as a whole, it’s pretty poorly run and people being people who are subject to flattery and/or bribery will usually succumb to personal interests. All that said, it seems way more populated by people looking out for their own interests than the good of others.
Imagine the amount of smart brain resources wasted by this shit..
Ukraine should shut down gas transit to Hungary early and in a sarcastic tone say: “Oh I’m sorry, the EU payment we were promised has not been delivered and we dont have enough money to keep the gas distribution lines up and running.”
Stupid solution. The EU should simply reduce the EU budget by x% and then let member state donate the extra by themselves. Also make sure to reduce x% so Orban gets less money.
