World record holder Yaroslava Mahuchikh has been named European Female Athlete of the Year at the Golden Tracks. In 2024, the Ukrainian high jumper set a world record of 2.10 meters, won Olympic gold, and claimed her third consecutive Diamond League title
They should name their next high flying weapon developed in house in Ukraine after her.
i always thought the h is pronounced normally and not as g. til
100% deserved. I was in the audience when she broke the world record, I will never forget this moment when she jumps over and the bar stands still. Congrats to her!
